(IFS Cloud 23R1)

When registering a Customer BOE, if a reference is keyed in, it is not saved in the DB.

 

The Reference is entered :

 

But the reference is not shown after validation.

 

If we inquire on the view BILL_OF_EXCHANGE2 through a quick report, the field customer_reference is empty.
