Credit management notes

Many if not most of my clients use this.  I can recall only 1 client not using it.  It’s easy, not sure what questions you may have. 

From my point of view, the downside of the functionality is where is best place to see the notes?  If you use all three, you then need to search 3 screens for all the notes.   It’s fairly common for a client to pick 1 screen (for example customer credit notes) to list all notes.  Others may enter all notes in the invoice header notes.  Maybe use two screens.
