Credit Card Transactions - unable to charge orders previously authorized

Need help on 2 issues - may or may not be related

  1. Some customer orders we were previously able to authorize then later charge are having some issues.  The authorization will approve, however when we try to capture the payment upon invoicing, we are met with this issue, where the original transaction ID is not found.  Currently a major issue as we do many CC transactions daily

  2. Whenever users attempt to input and save CC details they are met with this error now
