Control Type C47 and C48 not available for Variance Posting Types
Control Type C47 (WORK CENTER FOR ROUTING) and C48 (LABOR CLASS FOR LABOR ROUTING) not available for Variance Posting Types such as M123, M131, M132, etc.
Because of this, I can’t map variances based on the Work center or Labor class.

Yes as you have mentioned those control types C47 and C48 are not available for posting types such as M123, M131 and M132 in standard IFS Application.
You could raise a case for IFS Support explaining your requirement, either a correction would be done or considered for future developments.

As Dhananga mentioned, Control Types C47 and C48 are not available for Posting Types M123, M131 and M132, where it needs to be reported to Product Development Team if you need those Control Types to be specifically defined for those Posting Types (M123, M131, M132).
Until such a functionality is enabled you can use the Control Type: AC1 (Fixed Value) with those Posting Types. Anyway you can add Control Types C47 and C48 with Posting Types M41, M42 and M58 and have a Posting Control set up like below;

Could you kindly explain the business requirement to have the control types C47 and C48 for the Posting Types M123, M131, M132?
The above control types for the mentioned posting types are not available in the standard application but let us know the business requirement to check if it could be facilitated?

The business requirement is the same as M41 connect with C47, where the variances also should go to different GL accounts based on work center and labor.

Ok then, as Dhananga mentioned can you please raise a case to IFS Support Center mentioning the business requirement, so that this can be raised with Product Development Team, where they will check the possibility/ feasibility to enable the Control Types: C47 and C48 for Variance Posting Types.
