It is reported that the code part header text is not visible when logged with certain users. After further investigating it was decided that it was not caused due to a permission setup.
When I logged in with same user credentials I was able to see the details.
Requested customer to clear cache and relog in ,nevertheless still they cant see the code part descriptions properly.
What can be causing this issue .
