Cloud - solution changing PIN

Good day,

 

One of my consultants is requesting assistance on Cloud for the below

 

“I need to find a solution for either changing PIN or removing functionality for PIN in workflow"

 

Is there somebody that can assist him with this?

What do you mean by changing PIN? What functionality are you referring to, please?

Hello.
If you remember the PIN you had, you can search for PIN in the Navigator and change your PIN under 

My Administration>PIN Code

This also works to use if you don’t have a PIN Code. You can then add whatever you want.

 

If you forgot the PIN, you can go to 

Solution Manager>Users and Permissions>Users>Users

You then mark the user that you want to reset and a choice will be presented to “Reset PIN”

Then you can go to the first page and add a new pin.
