We get an error message when we try to create voucher for supplier invoices, in the MultiCompanyExternalSupplierInvoices window.
Subval module is not active
This is not an error message that we have seen before and it is only on a few invoices, not all. We use Pagero for as our provider for xml files, supplier invoices.
anyone who has experienced this ? How can we solve this ?

If this is still unresolved, I might be able to help. We have encountered the same issue with some of our Cloud clients and in our case the invoice xml-files have contained “SubContractReference” element(s) which cause this error if “SUBVAL - Sub Contract Valuation” component is not installed/active in IFS. So, the root issue could be this (or some other) element that belongs to a component that’s not currently in use.
We have solved this by 1) removing these read elements from the database to allow us to create the vouchers without altering the xml and re-uploading it, and 2) by removing parts of the transformer that read these elements, so that the error won’t occur in the future.
