Closing Dormant Customer & Supplier Accounts

Hi, 

Is it possible to run a mass close / block of dormant customer/ supplier accounts in IFS that have had no activity in a certain period of time (e.g 12 months).

    Hi, 

    Sorry - No magic function.   

    But if you can create an excel sheet of the customers you wish to expire, that data can be loaded such that the records can be updated.  

    Although no direct magic function, it can be very easy to load an excel sheet.
