IFS supports subcontractor verification proposals with an interface to HMRC, tax withholding based on spend type, CIS returns through an interface with HMRCS and statements to subcontractors. Do you have any specific questions about how any of that works?

This was supported in core application from IFS Cloud 22R2. You should be able to find more information in the Release Documents in 22R2 (under Finance product).
