As Viraj suggest, you can use History Log functionality to track any changes happened. You can use Ctrl+F9 shortcut key to quickly access the History Log window while you are in Invoice Posting Authorizers window.

Maybe you can enable the history logs for the “POSTING_AUTHORIZER_TAB”.
- Enable the events you want to log.
- When someone change the data in the posting authorizer window, system will log that change.
- Query the history log window to check the results.

And, also note that a user cannot see the history logs of the changes of a record done by a user whom is not a subordinate of the first user. So, basically, only the a app owner (e.g. IFSAPP) user can see the changes done by all users. So, it’s good to create a quick report based on a particular history window (in this case, Purchase Authorization window records), so that the users can request a report, and a system administrator can run the report from app owner user and distribute it.
