Cash box error

Dear experts,

When I entered the cash box transaction, it had not been transferred by providing the error below.

Appreciate it if anyone of you can assist on this matter.

Please check if other cash reports are approved (only one cash box report can be active at a time)

If possible, kindly send me a screen picture of that screen.

You can use same window (Cash Box) querying for reports in Entered status.

Or in Cash Boxes Analysis (screen from v. 10, in v. 7.5 it was Overview Cash Box)

I have only one transaction. However, I am getting the same error continuosly.

If I can see well, you have report 2007/1 in status Approved and 2007/2 (?) in status Entered. On the first screenshot, you were trying to create report 2007/3. It will not be possible until 2007/2 is Entered - it must be Approved first.
