cash box cash account not available

Though in payment institute , cash box ticked , cash account is not coming in list of cash box.

Any suggestions/advice in set up

Hi, 

In my test, the New account is listed.  This is from apps 10.  

In my cash account, you can see the payment institute - 

The payment institute is set as below. 

Please review the cash account and ensure that it is connected to the appropriate payment institute with the cash box enabled. 

If after reviewing the above, and your data is similar, please log a call center case.

Hi thomas, when we try to approve transaction , it says “cashbox cannot be approved since there are transactions in state Entered”.

Hi Younus,

You will have to Right Mouse Button on the Transaction line and select ‘Print cash receipt’.

 

 

Thereafter you can approve the cash box.
