Where to go find a fix for this error while processing payment proposal?
There are items in the selected proposal(s) for which different/no cash account is specified and these will therefore not be included.

It is very hard to see what the issue is with this limited information.
There seems to be payments that are going to be performed with cash accounts that are not setup.
Are you possible to create the payment proposal or is the issue when creating the payment proposal?
If you can create the payment proposal but cannot send it to the bank, have you mapped all the payment methods being used?
