Hi Team, unfortunately I cannot create an invoice from the CO screen, my status is delivered, but I cant see the invoice button. It says no command available.

 

Hello,

For create the invoice you have to go to “Create Customer Invoice” window.

Filter by Order No or all and then select which order you want to invoice:

 

This option is for each order.

You have collective for multilple orders.

Those Customer order numbers doesnt appear in the list. Also as said before, I cant create it from the CO screen.

 

Hi ​@TimeMarBou, Were you able to check why I cant create invoice from the Quick order handling too when order is in status Delivered


Hi ​@AFSSSHINDE - the invoice button on the customer order screen will show you whether an invoice exists for that order. Its not the place you create. In the Quick Order Flow Handling screen, what is showing under next step?

As an option, just confirm you don’t have this enable 😉

 


Hi ​@TimeMarBou, The issue was after status delivered, they didnt close the Delivered shipment. Post that problem was resolved.


Hi ​@TimeMarBou Do you know why system doesnt allow you to creat invoice after it was shipped and closed?
