Cancell collective invoice in apps 8

Hi all ,

 

I created collective invoice for few customer orders erroneously.  However , the IFS 8 application doesn’t show any cancellation option . Further ,  it didn’t work for credit invoice as well . I want to cancel collective invoice now and can anyone help on this  please .

Hi @Theja 
“Cancel invoice” RMB option is not available for customer order collective invoices. However you should be able to use “Create Credit invoice” RMB option .

Thank you Heshani . I tried credit invoice but it failed to do so.

Any other option please ?

Hi @Theja 


You can view the credit invoice (which has been created using “Create Credit Invoice” RMB  option) using “View Invoice” RMB option.
