Does anyone know how to resolve this error? User is trying to Reprint Original Invoice via the Customer Analysis > Ledger Items table.

 

 

Hello,

I figured out if you don’t previsualize or say OK once you printed the invoice, the pdf report is not generated and then, you can’t reprint.

As solution, you have the option in Order Report: Invoice Printout

You can put the serie and number and you have it.

Thank you for the response.

The user receives the error message but for the same invoice I can reprint original whilst logged in as IFSAPP. There is an invoice in report archive for these examples.


@harley.wilkie then I guess it’s a permission issue. Normally each user has access to see the PDFs they created in Reports Archive. If in your case, the original invoice was printed by user A and now user B wants to reprint original from archive, then user B would get this error.

The solution for this is granting the ADMINISTRATOR system privilege. This way the user could see the PDFs created by other users in Report Archive. Anyways, ADMINISTRATOR system privilege is something that should be treated with utmost care.
