Business Planning-Planning dimension value list not displaying in balances tab

Hi Community!

I have created a planning dimension value list for GL Accounts and connected to the planning unit created as per the attached screenshot. But when I try to add the balances it displays all the  gl accounts in the system but not only the accounts that I have added to the planning dimension value list.

Please advice the reason for this?
