I am trying to add a department code to some accounts in my template, but the only way that I found, update all my budget template. Anyone know how to enter a fixed code parts (department, Division, etc.) to a specific account without affect all my template accounts?

Have you tried using code string completion on the account itself? This is only useful if the code part value being added is always the same for all transactions - which may or may not be the case. Your next alternative would be Combination Rules that are a bit more sophisticated in the setup, but require regular maintenance by a knowledgeable finance person.

Code string completion work for voucher entry, but not for budget templates. I try to use combination rules, but I don't understand how it can work for the budget template.
