A customer faces the problem that BR Reports in PDF format deliver the following error:
(Sorry for the screenshot in german but the original report was automatically deleted)
The same report in excel format works well.
Does anyone know a possible cause of this error message?

Did you try to run this report through BR tool in Excel? If not, please try to run this report through BR tool and check whether it is possible to get data from the report.
