APPS 9 - How export a budget template?

Go to External File type and look for Budget Template

Export the into excel and transpose the field to columns.

Thanks for your answer. I saw this external file template, but what I know is where I need to go to export my budget template using this format. I don’t find any menu that allow me to export my data template.

For me, when I chose “Export to File”, I have only 2 choices: BudgetYear and BudgetPeriod. When I try to export using BudgetTemplate, I have an error.

Did you specify the file name?

Your error is quite weird. 

Can you try to create a Dummy Budget Process? then try the export once again?

Have you tried to report a case to IFS Support on this issue?

I have tested and this works in the core environments. This issue might need a technical investigation to find the root cause,

Option Export to File from Budget Versions work in case where version amounts are updated via process of budget template created under budget process.
