Account Types do not copy over when creating a company from company template

We created a company template STD-CA from template company. When we created a new company from STD-CA we noticed that the Account Types did not copy over.  Has anyone experienced this and know why this happened? 

If I look at the company template detail, Component: ACCRUL, Logical Unit: AccountType we see that the account types are there (see below) so we are not sure why these did not get copied over when we created the company. 

The account types had to be manually entered and then "Update Company" run in order to continue.

Hi, 

Check to see if the component registration has account type active or not. If not active, it would not copy the results to a new company. 

 

If you find it not active, you can activate it, then do an update company making very certain to only select the account type as part of the update.

Thank-you for your reply. We did check the component registrations and verified that the AccountType was Active (see below).
