What is the difference between work order tasks & service request tasks in terms of functionality? I know in service request, a task can be created, assigned, effort & cost can be reported. Is everything possible in work order management too? I want to use technician portal which is only compatible with work order tasks, so need to clarify. I will need funtionality to see the resource calendar/availability/eligibility too that is there in dispatch console.
