My customer have started to use TechPortal and MWO. For some unassigned work they need functionality like work task filters in order to display the right unassigned work to the right groups of people. Resource group is not accurate enough as a  filtering criteria.

Unfortunately I can’t find any functionality like this in Techportal or MWO.

Is it available?

If not, is there a roadmap for adding these features?

My customer is today running IFSAPP10, update 16 but will start ugrading to Cloud in the near future.

Hi ,

You might find the solution for this but I will post this for future references. There is a functionality in IFS cloud as Work Task Filters under work task basic data. As a result of this activity, a work task filter which can be used to filter unassigned work tasks displayed in the Unassigned Work in technician portals.

You said “for unassigned work” - is this question related to the backoffice side or the technician side? The only place to see unassigned work in MWO would be in pool work.

This question related to technician side. That’s how it’s explained on the cloud documentation.
