Hi All , I have followed all steps for sending email notification . But whenever the Business Rule is firing no notification log is generated. I have checked the server log and got these errors listed below.
1. The remote name could not be resolved
2. A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond .
3. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 

It would appear the SMTP server is not accessible over the network.  What are your SMTP app params set to, especially the SMTP_SERVER value?  Was it working before and suddenly stopped?
