When hitting get Appointment call, getting "Row (task, (xx)) was changed after it was selected. Reselect and try again."

Hi,

We have a process where get Appointment call is happening from middleware.

When they are performing a request to fetch slots via perform_threesixty_appt_request, In response getting the following error "Row (task, (xx)) was changed after it was selected. Reselect and try again."

And this error is occurring intermittently.

Could any let me know what might be the root cause for this?

Make sure to check the FSM Server Log with setting higher BR log levels to indicate which BR is causing this optimistic lock.
