Backup and Disaster Recovery

IFS has multiple backup mechanisms to provide multiple layers of protection. For general backup and disaster recovery, this section outlines current policies as stated in IFS Global Support Policy at https://ifs.com/legal.  However, these materials do not detail specific thresholds customers are asking about.

What is the RTO and RPO for SEI’s Production IFS Cloud and PSO environments?

As a quick refresher, RTO stands for Recovery Time Objective and is a measure of how quickly after an outage an application must be available again. RPO, or Recovery Point Objective, refers to how much data loss your application can tolerate.
