I am aware that the Customer Contact Name which appears on the Work Order (CO Info Tab) is extracted from the Functional Object (Address Set Up).
The issue we are experiencing is that when the contact details are updated on the Functional Object the Contacts entered on existing work orders has to be manually updated. For example a large volume of Maintenance Work Orders are created at the start of a contract period. During this contract period the site contact within the Functional Object may need updating. Is there a way a functional Object update can automatically update existing work orders? Many thanks for you help.
