Can we create unique constraint in IFS base table DB level on user_def column? . we are getting external ref from external systems and creating data using maps with custom key (external ref) and made unique in custom meta data .Still we see duplicates due to multi thread api’s . we can t to create unique constraints in DB level in BASE tables in TASK/Request tables ?
+18Is this an on-premise implementation where you have direct access to the database, or is it hosted by IFS in Azure (Cloud)? You will likely get errors in your integrations and would have to see what error is returned and implement a retry with a different key (or else ignore the error if the first attempt succeeded and there is no need for a retry).
