unable to setup Android Service App

Below steps are followed to enable Service App in Mobile

1 .Install Android IFS MWO Service Apps Ver 22.11.692.0 in Android

  1. Used User IFSAPP ,  granted Granting AURENA_NATIVE_RUNTIME functional role in structure to Permission Set DMM_CLOUD_FULL.
  2. added  Aurena Native specific Projections to the Permission Set DMM_CLOUD_FULL which is assigned to user permission set.
  3. Added Security groups
  4. Try to login in App, set the PIN. 

Now screen stuck at Sync Monitor.

please let me know if anything missing

Can you see anything in the Out Messages? 

Just to verify that this is what you did:

All the projections belonging to the component MWO have been granted to the permission set you call DMM_CLOUD_FULL in Solution Manager > Users and Permissions > Permission Sets > Permission Set > Projections? And the DMM_CLOUD_FULL permission set have access to the functional role permission set MOBILE_APP_RUNTIME? This is granted through Solution Manager > Users and Permissions > Permission Sets > Permission Set > Grant Structure.

Then you added Security Grants for DMM_CLOUD_FULL in  Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Administration > Security Grants and Entity Filters > Security Grants By Permission Set?

And your user has access to a company and a site?

Yes, User is connected to company and site

there is no functional role MOBILE_APP_RUNTIME present in the system but Aurena Native Runtime which is assigned

Projection are assigned specific to category “NativeMobile” which covers MWO component.

Atfer login, App has 2 tabs status and transaction and in status , its initializing and waiting for server
