One of our customer is looking to use TOM TOM for GIS integration for Field force enablement and Unit location visualization inside IFS Cloud in Dispatch Console Map.
Please Note: They are currently not using PSO.
While we understand ESRI and Google maps is what IFS gives out of the BOX, is there any option to connect using TOM TOM without customization, or do we have any connector via which it can be done directly on IFS Cloud?
The new IFS Cloud Web map control is only supported for the Service Dispatch Console in this release and Here Maps is the only map provider that the control supports at the moment.
The pre-existing map visualizations used in other modules of IFS Cloud remain untouched and still support the map providers used previously.
