I entered time inside a task using MWO but the entries visible from browser don’t totally match with what I can see from mobile. I have done the sync up too, not sure why the issue is

That looks odd indeed. I assume this was generated from clockings? Can you take a screenshot of the Work Task Clockings screen for this task? Does your site have an offset?

The site offset is set as 0.

Clocking is automatic time reporting based on either clock-in, clock-out or status changes e.g. Work Start = Clock In, Work Complete = Clock out. 

Can you take a screenshot that shows the dates on the Work Task Clockings screen as well?
