In FSM in IFS, In technician portal, I can see only standard service tasks not all. Also, I saw an unassigned task in technician portal but when I assigned that task to resource 406404, it is not showing up in technician portal under Assigned.

 

 

Technician Portals are only compatible with the work order solution and tasks linked to work orders at this point. We have plans to introduce a Tech Portal with support for Request Management in a later release.

if technician portal is not designed to work with FSM. What function/menu/feature is available for field service technicians? How do they view assigned/unassigned tasks, submit hours, expense and complete a task? Is there any other portal through which they can access and work on assigned tasks?

Is there any way to see my own assignments like the tasks allocated to me? On work task screen, I cant see any such filter.
