PSO never creates an activity, this will always be sent to PSO from the external system, in this case FSM.

I believe IFS_PSO refers to an allocation update having been received from PSO.

Thanks for the reply, I understood the allocation was sent from the PSO but in the event the creator of the task is also IFS_PSO.

IFS_PSO is the user in FSM which process PSO broadcasts. I’m certain that baseline FSM integration would not create tasks based on a PSO broadcasts. You may need to check any Business Rules are set to trigger such a scenario based on a status update from PSO. (Eg: Creating follow up tasks)
