do you use IFS Apps 10 or IFS Cloud?

In Apps 10 you can create a new user as following:

In IFS Aurena 10 you can’t create users.

We are trying to create system user but can’t find the option. below the screenshot.

 

You cannot create system users. What are you trying to achieve?

When we try to assign a competencies to person , no person are shown under competencies/certificate . In IFS lifecycle instance we have a user called IFSAPP which is a system user so we are creating a system user in dev environment from which if we login than person may populate under competencies/certificate.

IFSAPP (Application Owner) will already exist in the environment, but I don’t think that’s the solution to your problem. The question is why you cannot see person records in the view, and not that you cannot create a system user. I saw that you’ve created another thread for that issue, so assuming it will be solved there.
