Hi Experts

 

We have a customer that is using SSO. They can log into FSM ok, but when they try and jump over to PSO, they get the login screen. I can see in Audits that the login is there and enabled:

 

But they can’t login to PSO, anyone have any experience of this ?

did they configure OpenID in PSO Parameters as well?
You can find more information on configuration of OpenID in the PSO Administration Guide.

Hi Roman,

 

I think the customer has given me some duff information on the openID. I have asked them to confirm it all then I will have another look.

The customer has configured the OpenID fields:

However when they try to connect, they are just getting a blank page with the timing out wheel, and the following warning in PSO at the time of attempted login on both the workbench and gateway:

Can you possibly help point us in the right direction ? my gut feeling is that the OpenRedirectRoot url is incorrect, but not 100% sure.
