We are using IFS Cloud for Service Management connected to IFS PSO 6.15. I am currently trying to run a simulation of a day of service using the OSV functionality. I have successfully created the activity data to replicate the time slots for appointments used for work in the simulation. The problem arises that the shift defaults to a 9am start and the start of the simulation is from 08:50, but the first appointment starts at 8am.
My question is if this time can be adjusted to cover the time period I’m looking to replicate in this scenario?
My only alternative I can think of is to move all appointment slots back 1hr (so the earliest starts at 9am) and then extend the shift back 1hr using an overtime at the same cost as the regular shift.
