HI,
I have created some shifts in the following way:
Each Shift is divided into 3 parts:
1. 00:00 - 07:00 Manual only
2. 07:00 - 15:30 Overtime (0.5)
3. 15:30 - 00:00 Manual only
However, what I see in the Dispatch Console is not consistent with what I created in Ifs Cloud. There is an overtime in DC even when not required.
In addition there is a difference between PSO and Dispatch Console.
In PSO overtime is entered correctly, however I can't see a shift (15:30-00:00), even though this information is received correctly by PSO.
Any idea why and how I can fix this?
