In Presales Support Services, we created a Proof of Concept for a new report: 
Service Report for Request Work Task, similar to the report generated from MWO (Mobile Work Order).

    Thanks for sharing this with us. This looks promising as something to use in a Demo or as a start for a Modification Report.

    Still I would expect this report as an Standardized IFS report. Like we have for Work Orders/Tasks.

    Do you have any information whether this is on the roadmap bij IFS R&D?
