We are running into an issue where we invoiced a service contract, credited the service contract and now want to change pricing.  Cloud is not allowing us to change anything.  We tried delete, price change, reval, etc. Any suggestions?

When you Credit the Invoice period you have invoiced you will get a new Periodic price line on the contract line(s). On that new periodic price line you can edit the price and then Accept the the change by the ‘Accept’ command. Is this not working in your scenario? Can you give some more details iif so.


@ajnsse  we have tried that and it does not let us edit the price for the period we credited already.
