After changing the display of some fields in list of tasks and saving Screen Settings, some fields disappear from the list of tasks, namely Task Category and Team ID.

 

This is after making the changes and saving the Screen Settings.

This is after closing the list of tasks and opening again after having saved the Screen Settings.

Does this happen in both the web client (screen shot above) and the smart client?

Do the fields return after you remove the screen settings?

Hello, Morris.

After clicking “remove settings”, the fields return to their original place. The changes only appear in webclient, as I believe the settings are personal so in smartclient the display remains the same.

is this behavior only present on the one screen or can it be duplicated on other screens. is the screen where this is happening is it a baseline screen or have there been some configurations done to it?
