Schedule Value in the Tasks related to FSM PSO Integration

Hi Experts,

 

I would like to understand, what is the Schedule Value used in tasks (in scheduling tab) related to the FSM–PSO integration?

What is the purpose of this value and how it is used within the integration flow? I also want to understand how these values are set up and where the mapping for different schedule values is defined.

All values appear as numeric IDs. Are they represent a time duration or simply an id?

If it is an id, where is it defined. Also, can these values be customized, or are they hardcoded by default.

This is mapped to the base value of the activity that’s been sent to PSO. It’s calculated based on a per hour value which means, if you change the duration of the task, Schedule Value should also be changed. 

I thought this per hour value is coming from Revenue field of SLA Type connected to the Response Code in Time Commitment. And if Schedule Value is not set in that way, value in DEFAULT_ACTIVITY_BASE_VALUE scheduling app parameter is used. Maybe someone from FSM R&D confirm that’s correct or not?
