Same Screen - 2 Views depending on where opened

We have some Customizations on our Prepare Work Order Screen, such as amended tabs, amended field layouts.

When opening Prepare Work Order via the navigator we get the expected layout / view.

When opening Prepare Work Order via a Custom RMB from Cases we get the standard layout / view.

What do I need to do so the Custom RMB opens the same View / Layout seen via the Navigator?
