Need your help to understand if this is possible to configure in IFS Cloud + PSO. Let me explain you the challenge I have with my customer:
- Resources have flexible shifts, starting from 5:00 to 22:30 but they should work between 8 to 10 hours per day, including the travel time.
- Resources can do a maximum of 40 hours per week
- Resources must rest at least 12 hours (between the end of the work and the starting time next day).
I have seen that these rules could potentially be configured using PSO. However, they seem not to work. These are the rules that I have selected:
- Limits the total activity duration that can be carried out within a shift or reference period
- Ensures a minimum rest period occurs at least the minimum amount over the reference period
- Limits the total time spent working over a given reference period
I have marked them as global to make it work, with no success.
Any ideas?
