I am working on FSE-service request management module of IFS & need 2 roles. 1-Sales manager who will be creating the service request & tasks under them & another technician who will be assigned to a work task inside the request. My question is what permissions should be given to Sales manager vs technician? Another is what should be done so that a technician can see all tasks of a service request assigned to him even if the other tasks are assigned to some other FSE?
