Hi,

Is there a way to create Return materials (RMA) to return issued parts from MWO?

This is for a company doing delivery services using request management and how to return the parts if there is a defect or customer refuse the parts ex: delivered 3 parts, but need only 1.

Just to mention, you specified RMA, from mWO you can’t do RMAs linked to Customer Order Deliveries. But I guess in your case using Returns/Quick Return functionality in mWO should be sufficient.

I checked that document and followed that .  For the used equipment I sent with a conditional code and weighted avg cost. It shows it returned successfully, but not showing in the application as a returned part. Any reason for that?

 

​@INTHSL  OK so from mWO side the transactions went through successfully. If you don’t see the same result in IFS CLoud, it might be due to a Failed Transaction.

You may check the Failed Transaction page - if there are some failed transactions for your user. Look at those errors and try to resolve them and then retry the transaction from that page.
