Obtain detailed information from the Cloud regarding the version of the MWO App that a user is utilizing.

Currently the information is about the version from which app was initialized and that differs from the version user is currently on.

Thanks for replying promptly Alexander..!! However, would appreciate if more information can be shared on timelines (tentative) - would be helpful in managing user expectations.

Hi,

This issue has been identified as a current limitation, and the R&D team has already recognized it. They are actively working on incorporating this functionality as a new feature in the 25 R2 track.

Workaround:
To obtain the updated version after an update, mobile users should perform a fresh login. This requires logging out of the application and disconnecting from the active instance. Users must then log in again by entering the server URL and their credentials. Once logged in and successfully initialized, the updated version value will be reflected in the IFS Cloud back office.
