Hello,
In audits, it's been observed that resources are being sent to PSO from Cloud End, however, there seems to be a discrepancy as these resources are not visible in the PSO WB. Can anyone shed light on why this might be happening or offer suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?

The issue has been resolved. If no resource shifts are generated to resources, they will not appear in the PSO Workbench. Therefore, it is necessary to generate schedules and capacities.
