After installing FSM 6 Update 22, we found that Integrations that create a new Request or update an old one stopped working.
The Place-related integrations work fine.
A feature of the problem is that the integration works without any changes.
No transactions in the integration log.
I did not receive any response to my question to the Customer Engagement Center.
Please advice.
