Hi All, We have the following two scenarios happening in one of our customers’ Service Management business.They rent equipment from outside suppliers to be used for their customers’ service requests. They use their own company rental assets for their customers’ service requests as internal rentalHow are the above scenarios catered for in IFS Cloud → IFS Service Management > Request Management? As I could see it’s not possible to do so in Request Work Task. Is there a workaround? TIA

We have the following two scenarios happening in one of our customers’ Service Management business.

How are the above scenarios catered for in IFS Cloud → IFS Service Management > Request Management?

As I could see it’s not possible to do so in Request Work Task. Is there a workaround?
