I’m having a problem with my quotes screen in the Web Client. I get the below error when I open the screen. Refreshing cache, closing and reopening etc. does not resolve.
This is occurring since I created an extension table for quote following the steps in the below article.
Strangely, the custom quote screen works perfectly with the new fields in the Smart Client, but it will not open at all on the Web Client. I’ve checked the metadata and database, and I cannot see duplicate key values. I even named the key columns in my extension table differently to the ones in the main quote table to be sure.
Undoing all the new metadata, deleting the extension table and reverting to the default quote screen still continues to generate this error in the web client, which is even more puzzling.
I’m not sure what else to do. I would appreciate some advice if anyone knows what the problem might be and how to fix it?
